1. When the start button is pressed and the motor does not run: The fault may occur in the power supply. Make sure the power cord is connected correctly and check whether the power cord is damaged.

2. The motor makes a sound but does not start: The voltage is too low, the phase is missing, and the high-pressure pump is blocked. Check the input voltage. Check the voltage connection box. Turn off the machine and turn the motor fan blade. If there is a blockage, check the pump.

3. Pressure drop and unstable machine operation: The water tank filter is blocked or the water supply is insufficient. Clean the filter. The high-pressure pump should always supply water from the main frame water tank.

4. When the gun trigger is released, the system pressure is still in a high pressure state: The water outlet check valve of the pressure regulating valve is stuck or leaking. Clean and check whether the water outlet check valve of the pressure regulating valve is stuck or leaking. Replace the O-ring.

5. When the gun trigger is operated, the system pressure cannot reach the appropriate working pressure: Leakage location: high-pressure pipe joint, gun handle, air in the pump, high-pressure nozzle is damaged, the pressure regulating unloading valve is set incorrectly or the piston gasket is worn. Turn off the machine. Check for leaks, replace nozzles, reset pressure or perform repairs and replace piston gaskets.

6. Start the high-pressure water machine. When the pressure reaches about 2/3 of the total pressure, the high-pressure water pipe shakes violently: there is dirt in the inlet/outlet valve of the high-pressure pump. Remove the high-pressure water machine, dismantle the bolts and valves, remove the dirt and check whether the valve is tightly connected to the valve seat when it moves.

7. There is excessive leakage under the water pump: the gasket is damaged. Replace the gasket (be sure to replace the O-ring)
