Whether from the current market development status of China's mining machinery industry or from the global industry operation situation, China's mining machinery industry is in a historic window period. The next 5-10 years will be an important period for Chinese mining machinery companies to fully or deeply integrate into the world and develop together with the world, and the industry has a good development prospect. It is estimated that by the end of the "12th Five-Year Plan", the sales scale of China's mining machinery industry will reach 900 billion yuan, and the export volume will exceed 26 billion US dollars.

Crushing equipment
Crushing equipment is a mechanical device used to crush minerals.
Crushing operations are often divided into coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing according to the size of the feed and discharge particles. Commonly used sand and gravel equipment includes jaw crusher, impact crusher, impact crusher, compound crusher, single-stage hammer crusher, vertical crusher, gyratory crusher, cone crusher, roller crusher, double roller crusher, two-in-one crusher, one-time forming crusher, etc.
According to the crushing method and the structural characteristics (operating principle) of the machine, it is generally divided into six categories.
(1) Jaw crusher (tiger mouth). The crushing action is to rely on the movable jaw plate to periodically press against the fixed jaw plate to crush the ore blocks sandwiched between them.
(2) Cone crusher. The ore blocks are located between the inner and outer cones. The outer cone is fixed and the inner cone swings eccentrically to crush or break the ore blocks sandwiched between them.
(3) Roller crusher. The ore blocks are mainly subjected to continuous crushing in the gap between two counter-rotating rollers, but also to grinding and stripping, and the toothed roller surface also has a splitting effect.
(4) Impact crusher. The ore blocks are crushed by the impact of the rapidly rotating moving parts. This category can be divided into: hammer crusher; cage crusher; impact crusher.
(5) Grinding mill. The ore is crushed by the impact and grinding of the grinding media (steel balls, steel bars, gravel or ore blocks) in the rotating cylinder.

Mining machinery
Mining machinery is mechanical equipment used for directly mining useful minerals and mining work, including: mining machinery for mining metal ores and non-metallic ores; coal mining machinery for mining coal; oil drilling machinery for mining oil. The first pneumatic disc coal mining machine was designed by British engineer Walker and successfully manufactured around 1868. In the 1880s, hundreds of oil wells in the United States were successfully drilled with steam-powered impact drills. In 1907, rotary drills were used to drill oil wells and natural gas wells, and since 1937, they have been used for open-pit mine drilling. With the advancement of technology, new hydraulic fracturing technology has gradually been introduced to the market. Hydraulic fracturing is also called water fracturing. Water fracturing rock and concrete technology is a new technology for non-explosive crushing of rock mass, rock blocks and concrete structures (components). It is an engineering equipment that separates rock blocks from the rock mass or breaks them into smaller pieces by filling high-pressure water into a tubular sealed elastic expander inserted into the borehole and using the huge expansion force generated by the pressure energy to do work.

Mining machinery used in underground and open-pit mining includes: drilling machinery for drilling blastholes; excavation machinery and loading and unloading machinery for digging and loading ore and rock; and tunneling machinery for drilling and digging shafts, shafts and horizontal lanes.

Drilling machinery
Drilling machinery is divided into two categories: rock drills and drilling rigs. Drilling rigs are further divided into open-pit drilling rigs and underground drilling rigs.

② Open-pit drilling rigs: According to the different working mechanisms for crushing ore and rock, they are divided into steel rope impact drills, down-the-hole drills, rotary drills and rotary drills. Steel rope impact drills have been gradually replaced by other drilling rigs due to their low efficiency.

Using the axial pressure and rotational force of the cutter to roll the rock surface, the mechanical equipment for directly crushing the ore rock into a lane or well. The cutters used include disc cutters, wedge-tooth cutters, ball-tooth cutters and milling cutters. According to the different tunnels, they are divided into skylight drilling rigs, shaft drilling rigs and horizontal tunneling machines.
① Skylight drilling rigs are specially used for drilling skylights and chute wells. Generally, it is not necessary to enter the skylight for operation. The pilot hole is first drilled with a roller drill bit, and the hole is expanded upward with a reamer composed of disc cutters.
② Vertical shaft drilling rigs are specially used for drilling wells in one go. They are composed of a drilling tool system, a rotary device, a derrick, a drilling tool lifting system and a mud circulation system.
③ Horizontal tunneling machine, which is a comprehensive mechanized equipment that combines mechanical rock breaking with slag removal and other processes and continuously excavates. It is mainly used for coal tunnels, engineering tunnels in soft mines and medium horizontal tunnels in medium-hardness or above ore rocks.

Coal mining machinery
Coal mining has developed from semi-mechanized in the 1950s to comprehensive mechanization in the 1980s. Comprehensive mechanized coal mining widely uses shallow-cutting double (single) drum combined coal mining machines (or coal planers), flexible scraper conveyors and hydraulic self-moving supports, etc., so that the crushing, coal dropping, coal loading, transportation, support and other links of the mining face can be fully mechanized. The double drum coal mining machine is a coal dropping machine. The motor transmits power to the spiral drum coal dropping through the cutting part reducer, and the movement of the machine is achieved by the motor through the traction part transmission device. There are basically two traction methods, namely anchor chain traction and anchorless traction. Anchor chain traction is achieved by the engagement of the sprocket of the traction part with the anchor chain fixed on the conveyor.

Oil drilling and production
Land oil drilling and production machinery. According to the production process, it is divided into drilling machinery, oil production machinery, well repair machinery and fracturing and acidizing machinery to maintain high oil well production. Drilling machinery is a complete set of mechanical equipment for drilling or drilling production wells for the development of oil or natural gas. Oil drilling rigs include derricks, winches, power machines, mud circulation systems, pulley device systems, turntables, wellhead devices and electrical control systems. The derrick is used to install overhead cranes, traveling pulleys and large hooks, etc., to lift other heavy objects up and down the drilling platform, and to suspend drilling tools in the well for drilling.

Ore dressing machinery
Ore dressing is the process of selecting useful minerals from the collected mineral raw materials according to the differences in the physical properties, physicochemical properties and chemical properties of various minerals. The process is called ore dressing machinery. Ore dressing machinery is divided into crushing, grinding, screening, sorting (selection) and dewatering machinery according to the ore dressing process. Commonly used crushing machinery includes jaw crusher, gyratory crusher, cone crusher, roller crusher and impact crusher. The most widely used grinding machinery is drum mill, including rod mill, ball mill, gravel mill and superfine laminated autogenous mill. Commonly used screening machinery includes inertial vibrating screen and resonance screen. Hydraulic classifier and mechanical classifier are widely used classification machinery in wet classification operations. Commonly used sorting and flotation machinery includes full-section airlift microbubble flotation machine, and the more famous dewatering machinery is multi-frequency dewatering screen tailings dry discharge system. The more famous crushing and grinding system is superfine laminated autogenous mill.

Drying machinery
The coal slime dryer is a new type of special drying equipment developed on the basis of the drum dryer. It can be widely used in:
1. Drying of coal slime, raw coal, flotation clean coal, mixed clean coal and other materials in the coal industry;
2. Drying of blast furnace slag, clay, bentonite, limestone, sand, quartz stone and other materials in the construction industry;
